Community project for CLI completed.  ”Check!”.  Applied for 8 jobs and completed one interview to date.  Life is getting very exciting!

February 23, 2012:

I am in the middle of two Leadership programs CLI and Landmark Education both of which I must complete Community Projects.  My CLI project is working with a team of 6 CLI Leaders.  We are assisting with the upcoming 9th Annual Youth Summit.It is pretty exciting.  I developed and will be co-facilitating a Passion Mapping workshop that day!

For my Landmark project I am developing a program called L.I.F.E. Mentors of Cape Cod [L.I.F.E. = Leaders Inspiring Future Entrepreneurs] with the goal of helping our youth create new business opportunities for the next generation!  I am in the early stages and looking for collaborative partners and mentors!  I have 4 mentors signed on and I will be meeting with leaders of two key organizations this week!  Exciting Stuff!

I have been actively seeking employment and landed my first interview today…a position I feel is a good fit!  Now let’s hope the feeling is mutual!

January 23, 2012:

I completed my Landmark Seminar series last week, started two Leadership programs and designed a business card this week.  Moving right along!

January 13, 2012:  Who says Friday the 13th is bad luck?

Pretty exciting news… A recruiter emailed me with information on an amazing opportunity before the holidays.  I sent my résumé and bio per her request and then followed up several times.  The recruiter called today!  The company had put things on hold through the holidays as they were busy setting up in NYC.  They are now working on this area again and inquired about my interest!

I also received a request for my résumé and bio by a local company and I sent it.  Opportunities are knocking!
